キャンセル私たちはボート会社なので 、雨でも晴れでもかまいません。カテゴリー別の暴風雨（ハリケーン、トロピカルストームなど）が発生した場合、オーナーはお客様に違約金なしでスケジュールの変更またはキャンセルを依頼します。 天候が懸念される場合、弊社が引き続きボートを送り出す場合（オーナーからの呼びかけ）、それでもお客様がキャンセルを決定した場合は、後日使用できるギフト券（クレジット）を発行します。ギフト券には有効期限はありません。 キャプテンの場合 — 直前にキャンセルした場合でも、キャプテンへの支払いが必要です。ギフト券オプションを選択した場合、ボートの代金は支払われますが、船長の代金は予約時にもう一度支払う必要があります。 30 日以内であれば、違約金なしのキャンセルはできません。キャンセルしたのにギフト券オプションを選択しなかった場合は、レンタル料金の 50% が請求されます。
