Nashawn is the business owner of the company, a unique paint and/or sail yacht chartering business in the Greater Washington area. She has over 15 years of experience in boating. She is one of the few USCG-certified female master boat captains in our region and is known as “Captain QT” in her role as the primary yacht captain for our boat. She is also an artist, specializing in glass painting, a skill that she has combined with her boating skills to create our boat unique paint and sail chartering model. Our boat has been featured on NBC Channel 4, Fox 5 D.C., Essence magazine, Black Enterprise, Travel Noire, and other publications and news outlets. Captain QT manages a staff of captains, deckhands, and other personnel on her team. Captain QT and her crew are one of the most professional yacht companies in the DMV.
