   We had a great time on our excursion. They let us pick where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do, and had everything we needed on the boat. The boat itself was clean and safe and had plenty of room for 16 of us to comfortably move around. Would definitely use them again.

   Highly recommend this boat experience! Our group had the best time, and everything went according to plan. Capitan Jerry and Stella were super helpful and kept everyone safe, and our group had a really fun time. Highly recommend!!! Communication was clear and set expectations.

   This could not have been a better experience for me and my team! Booking was super easy, cost is fantastic, and the experience was exactly what I hoped. The boat was the perfect says to accommodate us, and Bree and Stella were so kind and fun. We want to go back again with this stellar crew! I would absolutely book with this group again. Thank you for such a fun time!

   We had so much fun with Captain Jerry and Steve! We rented the boat for a bachelorette and the boat was perfect for moving around and hanging out. It was raining a bit and we were able to be under cover for that time. Steve and Jerry were so attentive and wonderful to ride with. I will definitely be looking to rent with them again!

   10/10!!!!Captain Troy was amazing from the start. He communicated so well and had so much energy and excitement about us booking. Day of our captain’s Jerry and Steve were amazing!!!! They were so kind and helpful from start to Beginning. We had such an amazing time!! 5 stars all the way book these guys!!!😁😁

   We rented a boat in Chicago yesterday for my sister’s bachelorette party, and overall had a great time! First off, Max was an amazing captain — very friendly, helpful, and professional. He made us feel comfortable and ensured we had a smooth ride. The boat itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice downstairs area with a bathroom. We loved being able to lounge on the Lilly pad raft and enjoy the sunshine on the lake! That said, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency with the charges. Before the trip, we were not informed that a 20% automatic tip ($400) would be added on top of the nearly $3,000 we paid, which already included a $300 “service charge.” We had assumed that service charge was the gratuity. We fully intended to tip Max ourselves after the trip, but instead felt blindsided by the pre-added gratuity. The communication from both Get My Boat and the boat company could have been much clearer, and we were never provided with a full contract to review ahead of time. While we had fun and appreciated Max’s service, the surprise charges left us feeling taken advantage of. Transparency is key, and I hope the company addresses this for future customers.
