100% refund for cancelations up to 5 days prior to charter. We do not cancel charters for rain., it's Florida, it rains every day but always passes in 20-30 mins. Rescheduling only for ongoing unsafe conditions such as a hurricane. in which case charter can be rescheduled for a later date.
