We do not make refunds for any fee that you pay to GET MY BOAT. 50% refund if canceled 10 days prior to your trip. No refunds on rentals made the same day, the day before or any other day. Refunds Only apply if you book early and are canceling 10 days before. 100% refund if 80% chance of rain or more based in google weather app ONLY. and winds 25 mph or higher based on same app only. -IN ANY OTHER CASE OR SITUATION, it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.   GET MY BOAT refers to CAPTAIN INCLUDED as a captain will be provided to you BUT is not a part of the GET MY BOAT PAYMENT. BAREBOAT CHARTER LAW 1-Charterer must have the option of selecting and paying crew, the owner may require general levels of proficiency for the crew that is retained based on federal statutes 2-The master/crew are paid by the charterer. 3-All food, fuel, and stores are provided by the charterer 4- Insurance is obtained by the charterer 5-The charterer is responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel 6-The charterer may discharge, for cause, the master, or any crew member without referral to the owner 7-The vessel is surveyed upon its delivery and return. #2 and #3 are the reason we can't charge on Get My Boat for the additional charges, and we must keep that separate and must be paid the day of the rent to the captain.   Additional charges NOT INCLUDED on GET MY BOAT PAYMENT: 4 hours $420 6 hours $650 8 hours $740 These additional charges will be broken down after payment and these charges include: 1-Captain 2-Fuel 3-Docking Fee 4-Service fee 5-Some INCLUDES TIP The additional charges MUST be paid on the day of the trip and directly to the captain BEFORE SAIL. Please be sure to read all the conditions before listing, the boat depart from Miami Beach Marina, and you will be given the exact location once you book, remember you must be 15 minutes before the boat sails ⛵ The water, ice🧊, soda🥤, Bluetooth 🔊 and floating mat it´s on the house and you can choose where you want to go based on our lovely places list 😍 You can bring food and drinks (Alcohol beverages accepted). No towels provided. Parking is limited to 3 cars. We recommend Uber.
