What a wonderful day in Cozumel!!! From start to finish, our entire experience with Diego and his team was simply flawless. Diego consistently responded to messages very quickly and answered our questions in great detail. We had a clear idea of what our day would look like in advance. Roberto handled communications the day prior to and day of our trip like a true professional. He bought additional lunch items for us, met us on time and escorted us to our boat, and overall made the process easy. The boat itself is BEAUTIFUL!!! Our captains, Luis and Ivan, were both simply fabulous! They worked so well together, taking us to several snorkeling locations and providing top quality snorkeling equipment; guiding us in the water and pointing out turtles, starfish, conch shells and numerous fish; making us a delicious lunch (two ceviches!!!) and various cocktails and several other beverages. (Excellent cervezas!!!) They focused on safety and made sure we got in and out of the water carefully, and they selected our anchoring locations with great care. Overall they anticipated our every wish and made our day very, very memorable. We will *definitely* sail with them again in the future and highly recommend the entire team! Une très belle journée passée avoir du bateau de Diego qui est totalement neuf avec un équipage très sympathique aux petits soins. Le snorkeling a été une belle expérience entièrement sécurisé par l’équipage, le repas très agréable et le site merveilleux je recommande complètement.

The crew was great! They knew kid friendly spots to take us, made awesome ceviche & guacamole. Super attentive. Boat was new and clean. We had a great day on the water. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with.
