This is the perfect boat for 2 families with kids or a single-family for great fun on the water. Renter is liable to replace boat propeller if it is damaged. For necessary cleaning, if Boat will be turned in very dirty and cleaning would be more than just hosing off. The cleaning charge is $45. The late return fee $35 on top of the charge for overtime spent prorated based on your rental price and time. Time considered late - 15 mins past end of rental time. Any damages to the boat must be paid by renter upon post rental inspection. Security Deposit: • $500 on your card and released it 48 hrs after if there are no damages, fuel, or overtime charges.

Cancellation policy: No charge for reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, lightning, thunder). Customer will be liable for the cost of a rental if they do not communicate to cancel a reservation according to 48 hours cancellation policy. If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Rental Terms: Follow all US Coast Guard rules and regulations. No ocean access. Minimum Age 21. Minimum of 2 years of experience driving boats necessary, no felonies or convictions, no DUIs/BUIs, no "no contest" ever. Liabilities: Renter is liable to cover expenses for any damages done to the boat. Boat propeller must be replaced at renter cost in full including but not limited to cost of labor and possible other charges if damaged due to renter negligence. License and Qualification: Florida Boater Safety Course. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, to successfully complete an approved boater safety course in order to legally operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater. Out of State or International Licenses accepted. Other Information: • Pick up and return preferred time is negotiable. • Times can be negotiated based on business activity and day of the week. • Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before booked start time. In case of late arrival, we will not be able to extend your rental time.
