In case of cancellation, more than 30 days before, the lessor retains 10% of the total lease amount, less than 30 days before the rental the lessor retains 100% of the rental amount, the leassee can change booking dates in the same season if the boat is available. In case the lessor cannot deliver the agreed vessel due to force majeure, the lessee is entitled to get the same or better vessel for the same price, or whether this is not possible, a refund in the total amount of the lease.
