Captain John was literally the best. He was very patient and accommodating with our request given the heat wave. He paid attention to every detail and made everyone onboard feel safe. We’ll book this boat over and over again. Highly recommend.

We were extremely disappointed in the service received from this vendor. We reserved a boat for the evening of July 4th in Washington DC to celebrate the 250th anniversary. Up until the day of the booking I was under the impression that all was good and our family experience would continue as planned. After walking for 20 minutes in the rain to meet the boat captain at the dock, and waiting for the boat to arrive, no one ever showed up. I finally called the boat operator (AFTER we were already supposed to have been picked up) and was told that the captain felt the water was too rough and they would not be picking us up. We are boaters from Florida and know the water…the water was NOT too choppy to have a pontoon boat on the water. To not have been contacted at all…much less at least BEFORE the scheduled pickup…was awful. Our 4th of July plans were totally ruined after looking forward to the experience for months.
