Information for your rental:    Prices are MONDAY-THURSDAY and excluding holidays and holiday weekends. Weekends and Holidays prices per request.   Maximum Capacity: 13 Passengers Please note that get my boat refers to CAPTAIN INCLUDED as a captain will be provided to you but is NOT A PART OF THE GET MY BOAT PAYMENT. A crew will can be chosen and provided for $180 USD per hour. Gratuity for the crew is not included. 15-20% gratuity is recommended but is optional.   The crew payment is DUE the day of the trip (payment options: cash, Venmo, Zelle, cash app)                                                               This boat departs from MIAMI RIVER (The exact location will be provided after the payment has been made as per GetMyBoat policy.   You can bring food and drinks (Alcoholic beverages accepted). We also provide and included in the price are the following amenities:   - Docking Fees - Ice - Water - Sodas - Sound System - Bluetooth - Cooler - Fridge - Towels - Swimming Mat - Paddle Board - Snorkeling Masks - Cups - Plates - Microwaves - Utensils - Life Jackets - Service Fee - Cleaning Fee - Taxes   Places where you can choose to go:   - Marine Stadium Island - Monument Island - Star Island - Fisher Island - Hobbie Beach   Rules and Law of bareboat charters:   1. The charterer must have the option of selecting and paying crew, although the owner may require general levels of proficiency for the crew that is retained based on federal statutes. 2. The master/crew are paid by the charterer 3. All food and stores are provided by the charterer 4. Insurance is obtained by the charterer 5. The charterer is responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel 6. The charterer may discharge, for cause, the master, or any crew member without referral to the owner 7. The vessel is surveyed upon its delivery and return #2 and #3 are the reasons why we can't charge on get my boat for captain and fuel and we have keep that separate.   REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY: Charters can be re-schedule for a later date at any time in case of bad weather or emergencies. Refunds 10 days prior only.
