The boat itself was amazing, spotless, smooth, and a joy to ride. Court went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we had the best possible time on the water. What really stood out to me was his genuine kindness and how much effort he put into making the whole experience special. I don’t just see him as someone I rented from, I see him as a friend.    We joined Capt. Mike and his crew for a 2-hour cruise around Lake Union and into Lake Washington, and it was fantastic! Mike made sure we had everything we needed, departed and returned right on time, and shared helpful insights about the area as we went through the lake. This was a corporate party, and we really appreciated being able to bring our own food and drinks. Mike even took care of all the cleanup afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. His FAQ guide was very thorough, and he was quick to respond to any extra questions we had. Couldn’t recommend this experience more—100% would book again!

From the moment we boarded, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Jeff’s professionalism and experience were clear right away, but what stood out most was how friendly and approachable he was. He shared great knowledge about the area, showed us the best views, and made sure the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable. The boat was spotless and well taken care of, and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a great time. He struck the perfect balance between giving us space to enjoy ourselves and stepping in to make the experience even better.
