   Absolutely incredible boat experience in Cabo! We caught the sunset, enjoyed the included snacks, and the whole trip was just amazing from start to finish. Santiago was super responsive and made everything easy. The captain and mate were awesome — truly professional and fun. We saw whales and dolphins, and even caught a skipjack tuna! Watching the sunset from the water was unreal. Such a great experience overall — highly recommend to anyone visiting Cabo. Would 100% do it again.

   Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.

   Absolutely unforgettable experience! The boat ride was smooth and amazing, and the route was beyond beautiful — every view was picture-perfect. The staff, especially Martin and Jorge, were incredible: so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip even more fun and memorable. Seeing whales up close was a once-in-a-lifetime moment — truly breathtaking! 🐋 The open bar drinks were delicious and refreshing, and the ceviche was hands down the BEST we’ve ever had. We had the best time and will 100% be back. Thank you so much to the entire team — you definitely have return customers in us!

   We couldn’t have asked for a better boat day in La Paz for a bachelorette celebration. The boat was spotless and so comfortable. Max and Yair were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we felt celebrated and taken care of the entire time. They took us to beautiful sightseeing spots and created such a relaxed, enjoyable vibe. It was the highlight of our trip, highly recommend!

   We rented this boat over the holidays in La Paz and had such a relaxing, fun day. The captain and deckhand were fantastic — super friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and well taken care of the entire time. The captain was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to some incredible spots to swim and snorkel, including snorkeling with the sea lions (unforgettable!). They were also really accommodating with what we wanted to do throughout the day and kept everything easy and stress-free. One of the best parts of the boat was the front lounging area — it had really comfy cushions where we could all spread out, relax, and watch the waves go by. Perfect for a group. They also set up lunch for us on the beach and the food was great — especially the chips, salsa, and guac. The boat itself isn’t brand new, but it was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, an awesome experience and I’d highly recommend it for families with older kids or adult groups looking for a fun, easy day on the water.
