   My group of 19 had so much fun on this private excursion! One thing that stood out what how extremely kind and attentive the staff was. The bartender, driver, coordinator, photographer, etc. were all so nice and made sure we were safe and having fun. However a tip from me would be to not party too hard the night before because half of our group was so hungover and seasick LOL. Despite that, we still had so much fun making memories in the water. Food and drinks were great! There is a photographer on board who was very kind but there is an additional charge for photos/drone footage which we unfortunately did not purchase because it was out of budget. There are also some jelly fish in the water that some of my friends got stung by. The staff was helpful to spray some unknown liquid on the stings to prevent it from getting worse. Overall through the hangover, I still had a great time thanks to Big Mike Adventures!!!

   charter overall was great. however they let their morning charter go over an extra hour which in total delayed our entire itinerary over two hours. Great crew, however management was terrible. but not regarding this specific boat, but this app specifically customer service was the least accomadating and told us we had no choice but to wait or cancel while we were at the marina already. also had a DJ we were paying hourly. They were the least apologizing nor accomadating to our vacation plans. we will not be booking through this third party app again. advise anyone booking with them to proceed with caution.

   Fantastic trip and awesome crew. There were 20 of us and another booking cancelled on us with only 24 hour notice. Suzanne, the booking agent, got back promptly with an offer and the boat was perfect size for us. The crew accommodated our requests and kept the party going till the minute we docked! Highly appreciated this crew and agent especially for larger groups.

   We had the most amazing day! Followed a pod of 6 humpback whales, snorkeled and got the sails up! Juan and Jaret were both fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we everything we needed. Best spicy margs we’ve had, chips and fresh guacamole and delicious lunch. Suzanne and jemimah’s communication was excellent and really helped to ensure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this crew and boat to everyone!!!

   Suzanne was great from start to finish. We booked on short notice and she made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. I had a number of questions and she responded quickly and made sure the responses were thorough. Thank you for providing the perfect day!

   We had to get a new boat same day because our previous captain cancelled on us. Suzanne came through and saved the day! She was even able to upgrade the boat we had planned for a bigger one for the same price! My friends and I had a blast and the crew made sure the party kept going to the whole time! I 10000% recommend scheduling with her for an amazing time!
