His overview of the rules, expectations, and operational features of the boat work, concise and easy to digest. He was such an incredibly nice man and made our launch perfect, gave us great tips on where we should go or consider going, and I would rent from him every single time in the future.    We had a great time with Tom. My husband and I came to Lake ozark for the weekend and had a four hour sight seeing boat ride with Tom. He took us to some happening spots on the lake! The trip went above our expectations! Thank you. Will definitely book again.
