   Ryan was fantastic. Ever since the initial booking communication was great and prompt. The boat was in great condition, and Ryan gave a good briefing to us so we were very familiar prior to getting started. Any questions I had were answered within minutes at the longest (mostly instantaneous). Looking forward to more rentals with him, I found “my boat guy” for sure. Ryan is extremely trustworthy and helpful - highest recommendation 🤙🤙

   Trip was awesome because of the staff. Otherwise a subpar experience. Reasons: FALSE ADVERTISING. This boat is not what is listed in the description. Listed as 2016 model, it is acts 2002 model. The boat was old and not cleaned to my expectations. The indoor area was very much unenjoyable, dirty and old. Also, additional food items that were paid for were missing. Booked Van from resort to marina was fine except for the video playlist that was titled “Negro Mix” on screen. I brought 12 guests here for my birthday and was embarrassed.

   Joseph was very polite and helpful he was early with delivery and on time for pick up. Equipment was exactly as described and performed well, we had no issues and had a great time. I received a great service for a good value, I recommend using Joseph for you booking, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely book with Joseph again.

   What an amazing experience! Abel was very responsive and had us booked within an hour of my inquiry. Capitan Alex and Luis waited on us hand and foot and gave us an amazing time on board cruising around and swimming. First class all around! We picked up cheese and charcuterie from the liquor store at the marina and that worked out very well. Can’t wait to go again next time we are in Ixtapa!!

   We rented this yacht for a company retreat excursion that included 37 people. The sun deck had enough space for everyone! The crew (captain, stewardesses, deckhands, bartender) were all amazing. From pickup to drop off we were giving 5 star service and everything was smooth! Deigo and Matteo were great to work with and stayed in constant communication with me, making this excursion stress free. We will definitely book with them again for our next year's retreat!
