   The boat tour was absolutely amazing – we really enjoyed it! The snorkeling was beautiful, the people on the boat were incredibly kind and attentive, and everything was well organized. All in all, it was a really wonderful trip and a great experience.

Was willing to work in our budget and was really understanding even after making several changes. Frank and his team were SO much fun and we had a great time with them!    Trip was awesome because of the staff. Otherwise a subpar experience. Reasons: FALSE ADVERTISING. This boat is not what is listed in the description. Listed as 2016 model, it is acts 2002 model. The boat was old and not cleaned to my expectations. The indoor area was very much unenjoyable, dirty and old. Also, additional food items that were paid for were missing. Booked Van from resort to marina was fine except for the video playlist that was titled “Negro Mix” on screen. I brought 12 guests here for my birthday and was embarrassed.
