   11 of our family members (ages 19-60) had such a fun afternoon on Lake Norman. Really comfortable boat. We appreciated the canopy cover to provide some shade for those who wanted more shade. Easy to communicate with Vincent, and easy to park and board.

   Karla was great! clear communication, boat and amenities just to describe, and very friendly. she provided some great ideas, but let us choose our own itinerary. we even arrived a few minutes late and she very kindly extended our return time by that same amount that we left late. thanks so much Karla! highly recommended

   10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.

   Karla was fantastic! From beginning to end, she had great communication, took care of us during the entire boat ride, catered to my desires for my birthday, and was the perfect captain! I definitely recommend her to everyone! She took us to an island as well, and it was very helpful there! She took us to an island as well, and it was very helpful there! Her Bluetooth on her boat gets very loud and is perfect. Very kind, very accommodating, and communicative!

   Gregory was amazing to work with! He totally saved my birthday when another boat owner unexpectedly cancelled last minute when my entire group of friends was already at the lake. He was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout the entire process. I would 1000% recommend renting with him and I’ll definitely be working with him exclusively from here on out 🙏🙌

   We had such an amazing experience with Karla! Even after having to reschedule multiple times due to weather, she was incredibly accommodating, responsive, kind, and communicative throughout the entire process. She made our day on the lake so fun, relaxing, and memorable. The boat was beautiful and spacious, and Karla went above and beyond to make sure our group had the best time while keeping everyone safe and comfortable. We also loved hearing all the interesting facts and knowledge she shared about the lake that we never knew before! You can truly tell she cares about her guests. Highly recommend booking with her, and we’ll absolutely be back!!
