   Book this boat! The communication was seamless from the very beginning and quick responses from Mathieu and his whole team. Highlight of our trip was watching the sunset in the final hour of the itinerary. Love this and if ever coming back will book again through mathieu. Melissa and Evereth did a remarkable job paying very close attention to us. Melissa especially was always around asking if we needed something with a smile on her face. When booking again we will be asking for her. All my kids said the same thing “Melissa was awesome! So kind and just seems like she loves it”

   Enrique was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, responsible, and attentive throughout the entire experience. We booked the boat for my bachelorette party, and everything exceeded our expectations. He made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having a great time from start to finish.    Our party of 25 had a wonderful time, three hours flew by so quickly! The weather was stunning as we embarked on a journey to the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and Bay Bridge. Jake and JJ were incredible throughout the trip, and communication was great. First time chartering a boat but won’t be my last!

   We had an amazing time with Victor and Carlos! They were so accommodating and gave us an excellent experience. The wings and ribs were delicious. Customer service was beyond. They were kind and sweet and made sure we had the best boat day ever! They even helped our friend who doesn’t know how to swim and has never snorkeled have a great time looking at turtles and a big old shipwreck! Highly recommend anytime you’re in Aruba!

   I cannot recommend renting from Chris & Chad highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The boat was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Communication was fantastic—they were responsive, clear, and made everything so easy. They delivered the boat exactly when they said they would and picked it up right from our dock exactly as promised, which made our vacation completely stress-free. It’s rare to find people that do everything they say they’re going to do and then exceeds expectations on top of that. We had an amazing time on the lake, and a huge part of that was thanks to their excellent service. I would recommend them 100 times over and will absolutely use them again the next time we’re at Bass Lake! 🚤☀️😊
