   Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Kenneth and Joe were both incredibly communicative, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. The boat was in great condition and was perfect for our group of five. Our kids had an absolute blast with the pull-behind float and loved swimming along the banks whenever we anchored. It was the perfect way to celebrate the Fourth of July. We highly recommend booking with Kenneth and Joe!

   We decided to plan a boat day, and we’re glad Matthew was available. He was communicative from the start, made everything easy to coordinate, and his boat was easy to find when we arrived. We had three young kids with us (1,4,6) and were nervous about being out on the water, but Matthew made safety a top priority. He had the life jackets and made sure everyone felt comfortable before we headed out. His deckhand, Asher, was also friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. If we wanted to stop for a swim or go tubing, he made it happen. We had an amazing day and would book with Matthew again!!

   What an awesome experience! They delivered the boat exactly to me at my house on the lake. Gave great instructions, communication was easy and awesome before after and during our use. It was great to know they are the only guys properly licensed to have rentals on Bass Lake! wasn't sure what kind of experience we would have but ended up working out spectacularly!    We booked Mathew’s boat for a birthday celebration with our group of 12, and it exceeded all expectations. Mathew and his son Asher were fantastic hosts — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to be around. Everyone in the group got a turn learning to wake surf, and both Mathew and Asher made sure even total beginners felt confident and had a blast. Their vibe was super chill and welcoming the whole trip, which made the celebration even more special. Smooth booking, great equipment, and an awesome crew , highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, laid-back day on the water!

   We had a last minute booking with Jason on the last day of our stay in Lake Geneva. He was truly an amazing rental provider, from the boat itself to his assistance with on and off boarding. His explanation on how to operate the boat was crystal clear and he answered all of our questions very well. This was our first time renting a boat, and it all went swimmingly. The boat was very clean and easy to operate as well. Amazing experience and I will definitely be booking again with him next time.

   I cannot recommend renting from Chris & Chad highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The boat was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Communication was fantastic—they were responsive, clear, and made everything so easy. They delivered the boat exactly when they said they would and picked it up right from our dock exactly as promised, which made our vacation completely stress-free. It’s rare to find people that do everything they say they’re going to do and then exceeds expectations on top of that. We had an amazing time on the lake, and a huge part of that was thanks to their excellent service. I would recommend them 100 times over and will absolutely use them again the next time we’re at Bass Lake! 🚤☀️😊
