   Vincent was awesome! He was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We rented the boat for 5 hours on a Friday. The pickup and drop off location was very easy to get to. The boat was in great shape. We had a wonderful time cruising around the lake. Vincent offered some great restraint and bar recommendations on the lake and was very flexible with our return time. Overall 5 star experience!! We had a wonderful time and will be renting from Vincent again

   We had an amazing time with Victor and Carlos! They were so accommodating and gave us an excellent experience. The wings and ribs were delicious. Customer service was beyond. They were kind and sweet and made sure we had the best boat day ever! They even helped our friend who doesn’t know how to swim and has never snorkeled have a great time looking at turtles and a big old shipwreck! Highly recommend anytime you’re in Aruba!

   We had an absolute BLAST with Captain Andrew. Not only was he kind, courteous, and professional, but he also very clearly cared about our safety which is necessary when cruising Miami. The boat was exactly as described and clean and amenities were great. Captain Andrew showed us the famous houses and key spots in our way to the sandbar, and made great suggestions on the best places to swim. We will be booking him again!

   Had a great time, captain was thorough in his explanation of how to get to the boat, was great communicating and we had a wonderful ride! We were a little late due to traffic and he was kind enough to extend a few extra minutes so we had the full time on the boat which was very generous!

   My husband and I had the best time on Santiago's boat! It was so relaxing just lying there getting a tan and enjoying the ocean. The boat was beautiful and in pristine condition; you can tell it's very well taken care of. The crew was wonderful, very attentive and helpful and ready to make it the perfect day for us. The spread of food was also wonderful. I I thought 3 hours might be too long but it flew by way too fast. We can't wait until we come back to Cabo so we can make a longer reservation, maybe bring some friends. Really, it's my favorite thing we did in Cabo.

   We just spent a picture perfect day with Captain Cameron and First Mate Lina! We couldn't have asked for a better day. Our request was for beautiful scenery, snorkeling, beach adventure, and a nice lunch in paradise. All of this was delivered! Logistically and equipment-wise, Capt. Cameron and his team ran like a veteran outfit. The boat is (I believe) 27' and has plenty of shaded space and space for sunning -- and offered a nice smooth ride even at speed. We had a pair of older guests who had no problems from entry to exit. At first, from the pictures, I wondered if the shaded area would be limited...but we were comfortably shaded from the sun. Also, they were the only organization with which we dealt that offered transportation from Baha Mar (in a one-stop manner) and everything ran smoothly. Another differentiator was having a first mate that assisted. We had all our needs attended sometimes before we thought about them. Also we were able to have photos and videos taken for us and an underwater guide when requested. This is a nice extra touch. From end-to-end, our group (from younger children to elderly adults) found the tour seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable. Again, we had a picture-perfect day that we will always remember!
