   From the jump Michael was very professional and came through at a time when my original plans were going up in smoke. I was a little bit un easy with the process of verifying my ID with the account being locked for a period of time, but Michael was able to put my mind at ease and everything was going to be ok, and it was.    We were a group of 8 on Brian's boat. It was our first time enjoying Seattle's Sea Fair from a boat. Each of us were very happy with the trip and a fantastic time on the water. Brian & Lenny made the trip very enjoyable. Brian was communicative and got me hooked to do more experiences in the future. The boat was quite comfortable and well maintained.
