   We had a group of 5 and everyone had a blast. It was an easy booking and the directions to arrive were clear. We had a friendly captain who was pleasant and was a great tour guide to the area we were in. Communication during the booking process was quick and informative.    We had an amazing experience! Everything was easy and smooth from booking to the actual boat ride. Mark was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Our Captain Randelf was amazing — very friendly, professional, patient, and made sure we had a great time. The boat was clean and beautiful, and we got some amazing pictures.    I would definitely recommend booking Joseph if you are in the area. We stayed in Cape Coral and had a canal pickup, which was absolutely amazing. We also encountered a few personal difficulties that Joseph was able to help us with, and he absolutely handled them well, which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the area, very patient, considerate, and had great communication before, during, and after the trip. I will definitely be booking again if I’m back in the area. The pictures were very accurate, and the experience was very comfortable. We really had a great time with Joseph as our captain, and his boat was exactly as described.
