I offer sailing charters on Cal 36 Sailboat. We sail around the islands of the Gold Coast of Boston’s north shore. I will come to Boston ,if I am available on your charter date. Come sailing in Marblehead MA. with us! We offer sailing charters, sailing lessons for all ages and levels. If you've never been sailing in Marblehead, you are in for a treat! Sail with us off the coast of Marblehead, Salem, Beverly, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Gloucester. I WILL BE SAILING TILL NOV.1 COME WATCH THE COLORS CHANGE ALONG THE NORTH SHORES OF BOSTON!! There is a program for everyone We offer basic sailing classes for the beginner and intermediate. For the more experienced sailor, I offer the opportunity to race or cruise. Getting out on the racecourse with 15-20 boats charging for the starting line will make your heart pound. One can also have the opportunity to sail by way of the Cape Cod Canal to a wonderful anchorage in Mattapoisett. For those who have no experience sailing but wish to get out on the water, we offer relaxing charters for up to six passengers. Celebrate an anniversary, birthday or entertain friends on a two to four-hour cruise from Marblehead Harbor along the Gold Coast of the North Shore. Aboard the "Emma Rose," a Cal 36 designed by the famous naval architect, Bill Lapworth. She is fully equipped with all necessary Coast Guard safety equipment. She is extremely comfortable and is a boat that loves lots of wind!

My sisters and I had a wonderful experience with Captain Allan Waldman. We rented the Emma Rose to take our mother’s ashes and scatter them in the ocean out of Marblehead Harbor, where the boat is conveniently located. We were transported to and from the boat by independent launch from Commercial Street Wharf. The weather was luckily beautiful and the trip was made quite memorable by Captain Allan’s sensitivity to our needs. He is comfortable with people and gave us the time to absorb the experience we had and also enjoy the beauty of the afternoon.

I booked this trip to propose to my girlfriend and Allen made this very memorable. The harbor and surrounding area in Marblehead was beautiful, and seeing all the other sails in the horizon is a scene that makes this experience worth every penny. Allen was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had never been on a sailboat before but the classic look and close quarters seating area of this vessel made for a romantic setting. Absolutely recommend for a date, special occasion, or just a casual sail around the Gold Coast.

Awesome experience & an amazing captain. The trip was relaxing and fun. Allan is super experienced, kind, and knowledgeable. He managed to smoothly sail through a sailboat race, without interfering with the race and showed us cute seals and beautiful mansions !!

We had a wonderful experience with Captain Allan and his beautiful sailboat! He was very nice and explained things to us, let us help him with the rigging and sailing, let us take pics and hang out all over the boat, let us play our music and bring our own cooler. We had fantastic weather and saw how beautiful Marblehead was! Would highly recommend!

Sailing with Captain Al was a wonderful experience. The entire Marblehead area was so beautiful to see from the water and Captain Al was a very informative guide. The sailboat, Emma Rose, was so picturesque, it really felt like we were in a movie. This is certainly an experience we will remember for a lifetime.

I will be sailing in the fall till November 1st. Come sail off of the Marblehead, Salem, Beverly Farms, and Manchester By The Sea shores. The foliage will be pristine and the winds will carry us briskly along, our beautiful sailboat.

There is a 50% refund with 1 day before charter. You may bring whatever you like to eat and drink aboard the "Emma Rose". Preferably NO RED WINE,it really stains the cushions. NO PETS. With children 5 and under charters are limited to two hours. Cancellations due to weather will be the Captain's decision.
