Our reimbursement policy is the following:  - 100% refund if cancelled 3 days prior the date or the rental (so enough time to validate the weather and other variable like that) - 50% if cancelled 1 day before the rental - 0% for no shows the day of the rental *Under certain weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancelling your rental even the morning of your rental if we judge that it is unsafe to navigate on that day.
