   Wow!! This was absolutely amazing and the best boat tour I’ve done ever, the staff was so lively and so attentive and brought the best vibes. The food was absolutely delicious the boat was incredible and the water toys were the best by far!! I cannot Recommend this more I used it for my bachelorette and me and the girls had the best time and the weather and water was perfect!

   Our experience on this boat was absolutely amazing. Exploring the Sea of Cortez on this vessel truly makes a difference compared to other boats — the comfort, stability, and overall quality elevate the entire experience. The price-to-quality ratio is one of the best you can find in La Paz. The boat is very comfortable, impeccably maintained, and feels premium from the moment you step onboard. Swimming with sea lions was unforgettable, sightseeing around Espíritu Santo Island was breathtaking, and the lunch and beach time were simply perfect. Overall, this was a beautiful and memorable experience. Once again, the boat itself made a huge difference for us. Thank you so much!

   Our 6-hour adventure with 13 people could not have been better. The price was very reasonable. The boat was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the perfect size for our needs. The 2-man crew took us wherever we wanted to go, made thoughtful suggestions, and worked tirelessly to make sure our every request was fulfilled. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude and satisfaction. If you’re thinking of booking a private yacht in Cancun, I highly recommend you select one of Fausto’s boats!

   Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.
