Great guy to book from. Communication was excellent and he's upfront and honest about everything. The boat you book is the one you get, no switch a roos like I've dealt with some of the other owners. The captain and mate was also the best we have ever had. Great time!!

What an incredible experience from start to finish! Captain Ralph and Rachel were absolutely amazing. Captain Ralph made everyone feel safe, comfortable, and welcome while also making the trip fun and enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive energy truly set the tone for the entire experience. Rachel was an exceptional host! She was attentive, friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt taken care of. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the experience feel even more special. Together, they created an atmosphere that was relaxing, memorable, and full of great vibes. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for an unforgettable day on the water, I highly recommend booking with Captain Ralph and Rachel. They made this experience one we’ll be talking about for a long time! We had a great time on Richard’s boat for a bachelorette party with 11 girls! Our captain, Rafael, was amazing as well. We felt very safe and well taken care of. He was so kind and fun! We will definitely be booking Richard’s boat with Rafael as our captain again the next time we are in Miami!!! :)

They do an excellent job. Both Captain Mikel and the ground staff were very kind. I recommend them 100%. We had a great day as a family. Five hours were more than enough. The yacht was very comfortable and nice, and the inflatables were also greatly appreciated.
