   Great boat, crew and custom itinerary was awesome. Marina was really easy to get to no matter the hotel you stayed at in Cancun. The crew, Santiago and Alex were amazing, served a drinks the entire time and even got us more beer in Isla Mujeres. Overall great experience!

   Our best day on the island! Our group of 17 people enjoyed snorkeling and play time at el cielo which was beautiful! The crew on the boat was amazing - great service and super friendly. The ceviche they prepared for lunch was the best I have had in a long time - over all a great boat and a great experience.

The crew went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service, making us feel completely at ease and pampered throughout our journey. They knew all the perfect spots for swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing, tailoring the trip to our interests.    Rich had great communication from the time of request up to morning of trip. He was thoughtful in picking me up at a pier that would save me a huge amount of time and a taxi ride which translated to more time on the boat. Our crew of 3 was knowledgeable and phenomenal and catering to our needs. Israel and Andrea were standouts. I didn’t want for nothing my entire trip and they were very accommodating of our comfort. The snorkeling spots were top notch I saw 2 turtles as soon as I got off the boat and our guide was very knowledgeable. Food was also fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough great things about my experience.

   The crew on the Belle d’ Alice Catamaran are incredibly accommodating and genuinely nice and made our experience much more memorable. Lunch was authentically delicious and perfect after our time at Isla Pasion. The catamaran was very clean and well kept. We will definitely book again!

   The boys were fantastic - consistent communication throughout, fantastic guided snorkel, and delicious lunch. Kept the margaritas, rum punch and cerveza flowing too. This is the best way to see Cozumel by water which can get very busy with crowded boats during season. Highly recommend Diego and his team for an exclusive charter!
