She answered all of our questions in detail and was very responsive every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly made our booking experience easy and enjoyable, and her level of service was outstanding. I would highly recommend booking with her boats to anyone looking for a great experience.    The Aqua crew was amazing and very accommodating. They were fun and friendly. They picked us up in Isla and we had a great day cruising around the waters. Highly recommend.

   Perfection! There are so many boats and tours and options to choose from,- this was perfect for us. They communicated quickly clearly, and we were fairly high maintenance with needs for my husband as a type one diabetic and specific beverage request. They did it all Crew was fabulous and took care of our every need - never needed to ask for a thing. Our transportation was delayed by an hour due to construction traffic, but they still honored our full time. That was huge Jesed was so sweet and as excited for our trip as we were. You will not go wrong booking with them!

   We had an extraordinary experience with captain Luis and first mate Paola. They treated us with such care and made sure that we had the best day of our family vacation. Communication was excellent, Edgar was there to assist with parking the car (not trivial) and the whole charter was smooth from start to finish. I endorse Edgar and his fleet.

   Amazing boat and crew! The crew absolutely made the trip what it was! Very friendly, accommodating and fun. Highly recommend!

   The staff was extra accommodating, for the check in. the crew was fantastic. very helpful and upbeat. biught us laughter and drinks. the problem was the boat itself. no inside power. no working tv, microwave, sink water or power outlets. which was disappointing 😔 overall worth going and booking with this boat and crew. would be great with repairs
