Houseboat Day or Overnight

Sleeps 8 prefer 4 to 5 I know it‘s cheaper than boat rentals but I prefer to get rented and allow people to have a memory but I do only rent it to people who are going to respect boat like their own and not to just party on and not have care for the boat that I take pride in all that’s been done to it. Boat anchoring location: Can be at lagoon or beach; please state preference. Location: Pick up at Discovery Bay Marina, Ca. Park at dirt area on right prior to launch ramp Flexible rental; can rent for the day, several days, or week. $175per night plus charges see below Additional charges paid on site prior to departure $ 450 boat set up, shuttle, pump out fee, gas. $ 50 cleaning 1 week 5-7 days $175 online $1200 Including boat set up, shuttle, pump out, propane, gas.$100 cleaning ($1300 on site payment) Please bring gas for extended generator use or will provide with charge for gas used Why stay at local hotel or expensive house rental when can have a memorable unique sleep over on houseboat while boating or taking wakeboard lessons from local coaches. Paddle board meditation resource available would be a great story and amazing for mental health and opening your thoughts to doing something different. Take a break from work or the city and feel the breeze and hear the birds or crank up the tunes and enjoy the excitement. Great serene morning out in nature and unique experience waking up with water all around I will take you out and anchor boat for you for safety. Or I will have it anchored and pick you up with another boat. For liability reasons and unknown experience I do not have anyone drive boat unless I’m present. Thank you for understanding. Kayak, paddle board, and water guns available. Electric and propane bbq, stove, sun shade bimini on top, shower, bathroom, 2 couches that fold down to sleep on (2 person each), large area outside top deck with protective border to sleep on air bed with mosquito net provided (2 person) and large sleep area underneath (2 person). Brand new cabinets, large deep sink, microwave, toaster oven, propane stove and for hot water. Hammock front of boat, chairs present, 2 fishing poles, large ice chest What to bring? Power banks for your phone Towels, sheets pillows blankets please for sanitary reasons, thank you. Bring paper towels, plates, utensils, cups although there are glasses there that would need washing so up to you. Drip Coffee maker present bring coffee. Bring sunblock and mosquito repellent or mosquito rings work well. Don’t forget bathroom toiletries. Nothing in toilet please. Only use toilet paper provided. Turn water pump off after use so pump doesn’t burn out thank you I drive you out make sure you’re all set but I”m available to help during your stay if necessary. Anchoring out takes prep, help for securing, batteries may need jumping upon time for return, and I need to paddle back to marina. More prep with extra water for boat sink use, generator gas etc. Just a whole different responsibility on my end. More use of propane, battery, pump out, and explaining first time users to living without typical conditions and correct use of boat without hook up. If refer a coworker or someone that books a rental I’ll give you a 2nd day free. Or a second day on subsequent rental for yourself.
