We had a great experience. The boat we rented ended up having issues that made it unavailable. Merrilynne substituted a newer more expensive boat at no additional cost! That is integrity! we had a great day on Lake Powell. Before getting onto the lake, we were given a thorough walk-thru of the boat and, more importantly for me, some good guidance on risks in the lake as Lake Powell is very low. In the afternoon, a storm kicked up and I reached out to the renters who gave me some good advice. Next time I am in Powell, I'll be renting from Merrilynne again.

Nice boat to enjoy the lake with family. Merrilynne was very responsive and although we had to wait for the departure she offered to extend the rental.
