You must bring your ID and card used to book the boat when you arrive to board the day of your charter. This yacht departs from and returns to Miami Beach, exact address is provided in your booking confirmation email. How to book Select your desired date. Select your desired departure time. Select your charter length for pricing. Weekend & holiday departure schedule 4-hour cruises depart anytime between 9 am-11 am or from 3 pm and onward. 6-8 hour cruises depart at any time. Itinerary Join your captain and crew 30 mins before your exciting adventure on the waters to fill out all waivers and contracts. Cruise along the downtown Miami skyline. Enjoy a swim in the Sand Bar ( Key Biscayne/ Nixon / Sister Banks / Marine Stadium ) What is included Captain and crew, local cruising fuel, cooler, ice, water. What to know You may plug in iPhones / iPods to play your own music. What to bring Bring food or beverage items along that you'd like. Disposable utensils, plates, and cups. Bring a towel if you'd like to swim. What NOT to bring Pets are not allowed onboard due to the allergy concerns of other future clientele. No self-tanning lotion or bronzer is allowed onboard or on your person as it stains yacht upholstery. No denim or jean articles of clothing as the dyes can seep into the yachts upholstery when wet. No dyed hair/wigs/weaves. No red wine or other staining beverages. If any guests should damage upholstery, flooring, or any other surface with the dye from wet clothing, hair, or beverages, CHARTERER will be charged to repair or replace the damaged items and or surfaces. No BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc. No Smoking, ONLY electronic vapes are permitted. No glitter or confetti. Shoe Policy Due to the sensitive nature of the yacht's flooring and deck, shoes are not to be worn on board the boat. Can I have more Than 13 guests in my Group? Per Federal Coast Guard Regulations, when you charter a private yacht, you are only allowed yourself plus 12 guests, that number cannot be exceeded at any time while cruising, anchored, or tied to a dock or another yacht. If you have a group larger than 13 you would need to rent more than one Yacht. Cancellation Policy You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to your charter. Written notice is required (email is acceptable). If you cancel prior to 72 hours before your charter departure time, payments made will be returned. If canceled less than 72hrs prior to your departure time, payments made are non-refundable. Weather Policy If the day of Charter there is bad weather we do offer day charter rescheduling.
