Your experience begins at the floating docks next to Tuanis Bar, where a short panga transfer takes your group out to the catamaran. Once aboard, sail out of San Juan del Sur Bay past the headland and the iconic Cristo de la Misericordia statue before turning north along Nicaragua’s undeveloped Pacific coastline. The sail to Playa Blanca takes approximately one hour. Trolling lines can be set on request along the way while you relax on deck and enjoy the coastal scenery. At Playa Blanca, the catamaran anchors offshore at a quiet, secluded beach. Because the boat cannot come directly onto the sand, guests who want to visit the beach must swim a short distance from the catamaran to shore.
