   The fine folks at Carolina Boat Rentals were absolute godsends for our weekend. We had a sudden panic when the boat through another renter that we had booked a week in advance suddenly backed out the night before we scheduled, and the angels that saved our weekend were none other than Noreisis and Captain Moe. They were very attentive, understanding, and quick to respond late on a Friday night to get a boat scheduled for Saturday morning, with around 12 hours to go. The boat was beautiful, very clean, and Captain Moe is the perfect guy to captain a boat - he knows all there is to know about Lake Norman and is the best 11th man on your boat, getting along perfectly with our group. The absolute real MVP. I would absolutely book with them again, and strongly recommend anyone who reads this review to do so also.

   Jay was very responsive and professional the entire time. He accommodated my last minute time change. And he offered up the grill (on the boat) since the microwave wasn’t working. The boat was clean and the Bluetooth speakers were pumping! We had a group of 8 and we were all very comfortable and pleased with everything. I would book again.

   Our family had such a great time! The boat was super clean and in perfect condition. Dennis and Shandy were so nice and even helped get all of our belongings off the boat for us while we were getting our baby situated. 5 star service and would always rent from them again!

   We had an amazing time today! The communication was perfect, the boat was clean, and they were right on time with pickup and drop off. They did everything for us, we were able to just enjoy our time on the water. When we come back to the area, we will be sure to rent from them again! It was just the day our family needed!

   Shandy was amazing to work with! She was great on the communication and answered all our questions very quickly. This was a great experience for our family, our first through GetMyBoat, and I would highly recommend using her services on your next adventure to Lake Norman. The dock drop off/pickup service made it super convenient for us. Thank you Shandy and Steve!!!

   I had never rented a boat before and Shandy and crew made it the easiest, most enjoyable experience ever! They were patient in answering my questions, thorough with instructions and trip details, and just a joy to work with. We had the best day out on the lake and will definitely be a repeat customer.
