   Tanya was so warm and welcoming when my party and I arrived at the dock! We were greeted by her crew with delicious margaritas, and had just the best time out on the water.    Private charter, amazing crew, chefs food was amazing!, my sons hat went in the water and they turned around and got it back, we did drone videos and pics which was amazing. well worth it and plan to book on my next trip.

   very easy to book. we saw many cool fish including baracudas while snorkeling. kids loved swimming and we almost caught a fish. the crew was hard working and made us feel very well cared for. we asked for coronas and they had them ice cold.

   We received great service and attention from the entire team, including management and the crew. The boat was also perfect for a day trip. Unfortunately, Playa Norte was quite crowded with many boats, which meant we could not find a good spot and were unable to fully enjoy the paddleboards or swim in the shallow waters. Despite this, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend their services.

   I brought seven girlfriends to Isla Mujeres for my bachelorette weekend and decided to rent a boat from Dino & Jessed, and had a wonderful experience. The boat was great, everyone was professional and communication was top-tier. On the morning of our boat there ended up being a lot of rain, and they were extremely flexible with us as we navigated moving times around. With that said, the only blip of our experience was the boat ended up running late and we weren’t sure where to find it, and there was a lot of confusion around that. But once the boat finally got there, we had a wonderful experience, a great time, the staff was very attentive. We are so grateful and would definitely rent a boat from them again!!
