We love taking trips out on the Willamette River with Captain Shane! Our 2nd time out. He knows all the great spots to take boats or paddle boards & is generous with the history facts & fun stories. There were 8 of us on a family vacation & he showed us a great time! The sun chaser pontoon is very safe - with a full railing so even the littlest family members can practice their sea legs. We're gonna come back & ride the sail boat next time!!!

Had an amazing cruise with captain Chris on the Willamette River. We saw the falls, learned about the history of Portland, and had a relaxing afternoon on the water. Highly recommend if you’re visiting on a nice day. We were a bachelorette group of 7 and had plenty of space on the boat.

I'm Captain Shane, and, since I first coaxed a beat-up Snark* across the lake when I was 13 years old, I've been entranced by how the alchemy of wind and water moves us. Founded in 2003, our company mission is to help everyone discover the magic of sailing and cruising. Based in Portland, Oregon on the beautiful Willamette River, we offer local sailing adventures, sailing lessons and a 10 bridge party boat tour with our fleet, plus weddings and corporate events on all our boats including our largest ships, the Reliant and the beautiful Schooner Rose!
