Renting process was nice and easy and the skis were really nice and fast had a blast out on the water. Would highly recommend to anyone look to get out and have a great time.

If you are interested in being swindled, lied to, and dealing with someone that lacks any level of integrity, then Frank is your guy. Prior to booking, I sent Frank a message with a question about his services. His first response was to tell me NOT to rent from the other owner on the platform because "his stuff is junk and will keep your deposit no matter if you bring it back on time and not damaged." Frank was very communicative at first, promptly answering all of my questions. I ultimately decided to book a pair of jet skis with him. Once the booking was complete, he called me within minutes and started texting me directly through my cell phone rather than through the GetMyBoat platform. He gave me the meeting location and instructions. While driving to the meeting point, Frank texted me saying the weather wasn't good and suggested rescheduling for a different day and time. Since I was driving, I didn't immediately respond to the text and then he called me two minutes after sending that text. I answered and we discussed the weather which included rain, thunder, and lightning. We agreed that today wasn't a very safe time to be on the water and he said he would reschedule us for the morning two days later. He then said it would cost an extra $20 as a fuel surcharge because "I'm running a business here." I went ahead and agreed to it and thought all was well. Less than 30 minutes after our reservation time, I received a call from GetMyBoat asking if everything was alright because Frank said to them that I didn't show up for the reservation. I immediately called Frank and he again acknowledged that we were good to go for our rescheduled time in two days. I called GetMyBoat back and they said they needed confirmation of the rescheduling, so I sent Frank a text explaining that he needed to just text me back confirming the new time and that I would send a screenshot to GetMyBoat confirming everything. That is when Frank went dark. No text replies, no responses to phone calls; nothing. I texted and called multiple times and never got any kind of reply. GetMyBoat suggested I contact him through the platform and so that's what I did. Frank responded through that outlet, and began denying everything. He claimed that we never spoke, never communicated, and didn't reschedule. I was blown away by someone willing to just lie so blatantly. When I provided documented proof of our calls and texts, Frank cut off communication on the GetMyBoat platform as well. It was a horrific experience for my children that were so disappointed and confused on why someone would behave that way and ruin their vacation. Fortunately, GetMyBoat saw the documentation and could see that Frank was being dishonest. GetMyBoat stepped up their customer service and issued a full refund, so I'm happy with their platform, but my advice would be to avoid Frank at all costs.
