I recently organized a trip to Cabo with 42 friends, where we rented a boat with a Captain. Our experience was fantastic! They accommodated our vegetarian dietary preferences with a variety of options and provided unlimited drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the quality of the professional photos they offered was exceptional. The Captain was prompt in responding to messages and extremely courteous throughout. The entire process went seamlessly, and I highly recommend this boat rental service!

We went on an unforgettable journey with the friendliest crew in Cabo! From the moment we stepped aboard, the atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious, and the drinks that were included were so good as well. Carlos and his team made sure everyone was having a great time, and their communication was so quick and easily responsive to all the questions we had before the trip. We had a wonderful, three hour excursion to kickoff my daughter's wedding activities. I found everything to be as described and the crew was fantastic. Food and drinks, the whale sightings and snorkeling we all a big hit with our group. Captain was great to work with and I would recommend this trip to anyone.

When we showed up to the dock, our boat was not ready. Once it was ready as we walked down the docks, we found that the boat set up for us was not the same boat we booked or that was pictured. It was nowhere near as nice as the boat we were expecting. When we brought this up, "Captain C" acted like he had told us ahead of time and insisted the price was still the same. Without any options, and everyone ready for the boat day we decided to just stay on the boat and make the most of it. For compensation he told us to just not tip (he wanted the tip upfront). The deal to not tip was not at all made clear to the actual crew on the boat, they seemed to have no affiliation with "Captain C". The second issue is that the agreed upon food was a fajita buffet, however we were only provided tuna sandwiches. We specifically booked this boat after hours of looking because of how nice the pictured boat was and because we thought we were getting fajitas rather than just sandwiches. Very disappointing and felt we were due some reimbursement. Our actual on the boat experience was great and the crew did a phenomenal job, so we ended up tipping them regardless. The views of the arch were amazing, we saw two sets of whales and had a blast partying. The crew communicated very well and did a fantastic job overall.
