   What an incredible experience from start to finish! Captain Ralph and Rachel were absolutely amazing. Captain Ralph made everyone feel safe, comfortable, and welcome while also making the trip fun and enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive energy truly set the tone for the entire experience. Rachel was an exceptional host! She was attentive, friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt taken care of. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the experience feel even more special. Together, they created an atmosphere that was relaxing, memorable, and full of great vibes. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do.    We had a fantastic afternoon . Captain Jorge and mate Daniel were absolutely lovely. The boat is impecable and modern. On time and courteous . The itinerary was relaxed and we were able to enjoy miami and relax in the water . You cannot go wrong with them . Just outstanding. Thank you

   We had an incredible experience! The boat was in perfect condition—clean and exactly as described. The entire process was very easy and professional. Captain Giselle was excellent: very friendly, professional, and she made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. She undoubtedly made the trip even more special.    Excellent experience from start to finish. Even before boarding, Jorge was very attentive to our arrival, which made everything smooth and easy. Once on the boat, both Jorge and Daniel had a great attitude—super friendly, attentive to every detail, and always making sure we were having a good time.
