   We had an amazing experience with our pilot. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. He explained everything clearly and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated his positive attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended — 5 stars!

   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.

   We had an amazing time out on the sea with Captain Willy and his crew. There were 6 of us and 1 toddler and we were fully accommodated the entire time. We made two stops - one at a private island and one at a floating restaurant and it was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the water toys and service. Would book again!

   We had a great time with Captain Willy and Crew! Willy was super responsive through the booking experience and was able to answer all of our groups questions to ensure we had the best time. We were a group of 8 girls celebrating a bachelorette and Willy, Max, Brandon, and Leo brought the vibes. The trip was fun, we made all the stops we had discussed prior, and they served up drinks & a delicious lunch while on board. Everyone’s favorite day of the trip!

   We had a wonderful time with Captain Bohdi. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend Captain Kennedy’s team! However, the transport company recommended by Captain Kennedy was dishonest. She required that we pay the agreed upon transportation fees twice, assuming we enjoyed too many cocktails during our excursion to remember having paid her upon arrival. When we refused to pay a second time, she had security at our resort (whom she previously disclosed to us she knew from working at the resort prior to the pandemic shut-down) intimidate us into paying again. Do NOT use the transport recommended by Captain Kennedy. The company is D&A Transportation. But, DO book a boat with Captain Kennedy!

   3 day in the bahamas, first one that i actually got to relax and enjoy the day, not worrying about what to do just let someone else to take care of us the captain give us an amazing tour and go above and beyond making sure everyone was having a great time. we are a hard group to please, i couldn't find anything to suite us because i have an 8 year old and 2 under 2 my parents that are getting elder and hard to move around and me and my husband, we see turtles but my kids swear there was sharks in the water so they wouldn't get into the water but my dad and my husband did and had a blast and the kids could watch the turtles from the boat and got entertained by it, and when we got to the beach everyone warm up to the water and finally start having fun and the BEST part of this besides the captain is that we don't have to wait for the tour or others to continue they swim a little in the coral, and in the turtles and spend most time in the beach without waiting for nobody or for when is time to leave, today was a perfect day, thank you so much for it, everyone was SO happy at the end. shuttle was on time they leave us with the captain not just to the marina and vice-versa communication is excellent i take longer to ask than they to answer. Again thank you and I hope we meet again
