   My family had a great afternoon touring and tubing Lake Norman. Karla was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy! She was quick to answer any questions and tailored the trip to our needs. I would definitely recommend Karla!

   We recently booked Karla for my sister’s bachelorette trip and she was absolutely amazing! She made our day on Lake Norman truly unforgettable from start to finish. Karla went above and beyond by picking us up right at our rental house and providing fun extras like a ring float and large pool noodles for everyone in our group. She knew the best spots on the lake and made sure we had the perfect day. Her attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made the experience feel effortless and special.    Karla was absolutely amazing! What an amazing time we had on her boat. We booked her for a bachelorette trip boat day and she went above and beyond to make sure we had fun and were safe!    5 stars for this boat and for the owner Jamie!! the boat was just as described and perfect for our needs. Jamie sent us points of interest on the lake and an instruction video (being new to boating we appreciated this a lot) and was so kind when she met us at the beginning and the end if our rental. Her communication was excellent. Whether you are experienced or just beginning to explore boating, Jamie is your perfect host with the perfect boat.

   We had a wonderful day on Lake Norman cruising on Ship Happens. The pontoon boat was very comfortable, easily handles 10 adults, and has plenty of shade. Floats, noodles and life jackets, even for small children, were all included as well as a full cooler of ice and plastic drinking cups. Franco, the owner and also our captain, was knowledgeable about the area, very personably and friendly, and was great at answering questions and ensuring we each had a great experience. Franco took us around Lake Norman to view some spectacular waterfront properties. We spent time at a small island with a little beach that had minimal rocks, for our 3 1/2 year old grandson to play. We went to a second location, dropped anchor, and had the opportunity to swim and float in a tranquil cove. It was a great day out. Thank you, Franco! We will be sure to plan another trip with you in the future.

   Everything was professional, organized, and made for such a fun and stress-free experience from start to finish. We had an absolute blast and made some great memories. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great day on the water, and we can’t wait to do it again!
