   Capitan Mark, is the epitome of a true Capitan and professional sailor. My family and I had a magical experience and learned so much from Mark in just a few short hours.    This was an unforgettable experience. Esmeralda provided a great service. The picked us up on the beach of the resort we stayed at. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and we felt very safe with them. The captain brought us to a coral site to snorkel where there were very little tourists. Our young kids had an amazing time. It was great value, even after the huge tip we gave them. Thank you Esmeralda.

   Wow! Thank you so much Dino, Jesed, Miguel, and Khaled for such a lovely, unforgettable day today (Feb. 16, 2026). This was my first time renting a private boat and the whole experience was truly seamless from start to finish. Our party consisted of four adults and four young children (ages 3-5). All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by Jesed prior to booking. Her communication was absolutely outstanding leading up to our departure - far better than what I expected. She proactively told us everything we needed to know, including how to find the marina. We originally planned on 4 hours but went out for 6 hours and I am so glad we did! The snorkeling was amazing and the beaches are stunning. We made two stops off of Isla Mujeres and had lunch brought out to the boat. But honestly the best part and the true stars of the show were our wonderful crew - Miguel and Khaled. They were so attentive, hospitable, and kind - especially with our young children. I highly recommend booking with Dino and Jesed for a quality “as advertised” experience.

   Captain Mark is the best!! He was so accommodating, allowing for flexibility as I wasn’t sure if it would be 4 or 6 people. He made me feel at ease right away and communicated all the details we needed from the start, checked in before the trip and the day of, gave us tips for parking, shoes, weather, etc. He bought ice and had it on board so I wouldn’t have to worry about that detail. I really wanted to see dolphins and saw some in the distance as we were heading back to harbor. He promptly turned around to catch up to them and make sure I was able to have that experience, which was so thoughtful and appreciated! We all felt safe and comfortable and relaxed, which made for a perfect afternoon on the water. I’ll definitely be booking with him again, and my friends said they will as well! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ all around!
