   My husband and I had such a great time out with Chris and his first mate. We had very clear and quick communication from the first message and they were both friendly and professional day-of. He had an itinerary in mind that helped avoid overly choppy waters and gave us a nice tour of the area. We were super fortunate to find a pod of dolphins that came right up to the boat as well and Chris went above and beyond, staying out a few minutes extra, to allow us to experience seeing the up close. The boat had everything we needed and it was great to be able to lay out on the front sun deck and enjoy the beautiful weather. I would definitely go out again!

   From the initial inquiry to the final pick up, Keith was a pro. I had two PWC delivered to Rose Lake by Keith. Communication was perfect. On time at boat launch. Very fluid instruction / education given by Keith. The process was seamless. Definitely will use Keith’s services again.

   The booking process was easy, and Jeremy was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of our trip, we arrived about 50 minutes early due to light traffic, and the team was flexible enough to let us start about 20 minutes earlier so we could enjoy the great weather. During the 3-hour trip, we spent most of our time relaxing on the hammock, which comfortably fit three people at once. The team also provided very comfortable loungers for the other two members of our group. They were attentive throughout the trip and warned us about larger waves that might drench us while we were sitting on the hammock. Captain Efe regularly checked in to make sure we were doing well and happily explained what we were seeing around us, including the container ships, cranes, and the bay. We had an amazing trip. The boat is beautiful, and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I would 100% recommend this experience and can’t wait to go out with Captain Efe again.

   Beautiful boat, courteous, attentive, an professional boat crew. The snorkeling wasn’t anything special not a very vibrant area of the reef. Mr. Leon was always quick to respond to anyone questions or concerns about the outing. After visiting playa Norte informed captain that we would like to dock an have some lunch at isla mujeres. Taken too mule 7 awesome fresh seafood really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend Mr. Leon’s boat an crew an would charter with again in future. Very satisfied Nick B Findlay Ohio

   We had the absolute BEST experience with Anthony Edwards and his boat charter for my birthday weekend! From the moment we arrived, Anthony was professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind to my entire family. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and having an unforgettable time on the water. The pontoon boat was clean, relaxing, and perfect for making beautiful family memories. Anthony’s personality truly made the experience special — friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just an all-around great person. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about his guests having an amazing experience. My birthday weekend would not have been the same without this charter. If you are looking for someone dependable, fun, and professional for a boat outing, I highly recommend Anthony Edwards. We will absolutely be booking with him again!    We had a wonderful day aboard Escape Hatch with Captain Jason! Boat is a bit older, but the ability to beat the crowds and adjust the schedule was totally worth it. Additionally, Jason knew all the local secrets so we had all the string rays in our private area even though a few other boats were nearby. Cheers!
