   AJ is super responsive and available to answer all questions. When the fireworks were delayed he immediately gave me options to make changes to my itinerary without charging extra. Ron, the boat operator, did the best he could for us with the rain and delays. Definitely would recommend!

   Ray was great and easy to rent a boat from. He was responsive while we were out on the boat and had questions. Our first boat was difficult to start and we limped back to our home before we had a chance to go tubing. Ray brought us a new boat and gave us extra time to make up for the time lost - we had a blast - Ray really delivered!

   Una experiencia unica e inolvidable. Desde el principio la comunicacion y el trato fue un lujo. Nos recibieron con mucha agua y hielos. El barco es perfecto para ir con amigos/as. Un recorrido que ves la ciudad desde el agua y te deja un recuerdo perfecto sobre lo lindo que es Miami. El trato con los capitanes fue muy bien. Mucha buena onda y dispuestos a que nosotros nos divertamos. Volveria a contratar el servicio nuevamente sin duda!!! Encima nos filmaron desde otro barco dejandonos material audiovisual para las redes. Gracias por todo!!!! Espero volver a vernos pronto

   Booked Brett’s boat for my birthday and had a great time! Boat looks exactly like the pictures and gives a great open deck feel that allows guest to spread out. Will book again soon!

   Chris is very responsive and transparent. This listing is super spacious, modern, and clean. My group had an amazing time during our charter and I would recommend anyone considering a charter with Chris to go ahead.

   Ray was easy to work with, great communication and his boat was reasonably priced. We will work with him again next time we vacation in Hot Springs.
