   Had an amazing experience with him. He was honestly the best person I’ve rented a boat from and from now on will only be renting from him. He was so easy to work with and so accommodating and caring. 10/10 experience. And I loved the boat as well!!

   Captain James and Captain John were wonderful hosts. They were clear about procedures and safety that made my group feel really comfortable. The boat was clean and ready for our use. We had a great time at the playpen. I’d definitely book again if in the Chicago area. Thank you again!

   Arthur and his crew were great at accommodating us for an event at the playpen on one of the busiest days of the summer. Arthur was very responsive leading up to the day and even helped find another captain after ours cancelled. Communication the day of wasn’t the best as I believe there was another charter before us but we were able to finally link up and take off for the full allotted time. We had a blast!

   Mark was extremely responsive. We always received timely communication, never waiting any length of time to hear back from him regarding questions we had. The boat was in very good operating condition. Would highly recommend and rent from Mark again!

   We were off to a great start right from the beginning. The communication was excellent and very professional. Even the changes happening due to closures were communicated well ahead of time to avoid any surprises. Our host was extremely warm and professional in explaining the vessel details. The vessel is extremely well kept and we had a great time on the lake with city views in the background. Looking forward to more trips in the future.
