   We had an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the crew was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The yacht was spotless, luxurious, and very well maintained. They made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having an amazing time throughout the trip. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the customer service was truly outstanding.    This was my first experience renting a yacht, I’m glad it ended up being with Carlos. Communication was key and my family and I enjoyed the whole experience. Looking forward to do it again and I’m definitely renting again from him :))

   We had the absolute BEST experience with Captain Lazaro Perez today for our bachelorette party! From the moment we stepped on the boat, he made us feel welcome, comfortable, and ready to have an amazing time. Let’s be honest—we were a group of girls celebrating a bachelorette weekend, so we were a little loud, a little chaotic, and definitely having a lot of fun! 😂 Through all of our silliness, Captain Lazaro Perez was incredibly patient, professional, and kept the energy going the entire time. He sang along to our music, danced with us, laughed with us, and truly made the experience feel like a party while still remaining completely professional. What impressed us most was how he balanced fun and safety. Even while encouraging us to enjoy ourselves and make memories, we always felt safe and taken care of. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that made all the difference. He went above and beyond to make our day special, and he became such a memorable part of our Miami bachelorette trip.    Rick was the best captain- we had a late start and offered to let us stay a little past our time to make up. He listened to all our requests and delivered on each one. He let us swim dance and layout without interruption. Would recommend to anyone.

   Camila, Gabriel (captain), and Theadora were amazing at communicating and just making sure we had a good time! I experienced a wreck before we made it, and Camila made sure we were still able to do everything we wanted to do and gave us extra time. Gabriel and Theadora were amazing captain and crew. Theadora set up anything we needed, and they both made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time. They were also nice enough to extend our time on the boat. They also checked on everyone and made sure we were all good! Loved everything about this team and boat!
