   We had a great experience. The boat we rented ended up having issues that made it unavailable. Merrilynne substituted a newer more expensive boat at no additional cost! That is integrity! we had a great day on Lake Powell. Before getting onto the lake, we were given a thorough walk-thru of the boat and, more importantly for me, some good guidance on risks in the lake as Lake Powell is very low. In the afternoon, a storm kicked up and I reached out to the renters who gave me some good advice. Next time I am in Powell, I'll be renting from Merrilynne again.

   Nic was an amazing captain! He communicated clearly and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. He even provided a cooler and brought ice for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our favorite parts were the lily pad and the slide. They made the day so much fun! We will definitely be booking with Nic every time we come to Havasu. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing day on the water!

   Sean gave our family an absolutely unforgettable day on Lake Havasu! From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent, and he made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. The boat was beautiful, clean, powerful, and had everything we needed for an incredible day on the water. Sean is an exceptional captain—professional, knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. He knew all the best places to explore and made sure everyone in our group was comfortable, included, and having a great time. What really made the experience special was Sean himself. He immediately felt like part of the family and went above and beyond to make the day memorable for both the adults and the kids. Instead of worrying about navigating, docking, or managing the boat, we were able to relax and enjoy every minute together. This was easily one of the highlights of our Lake Havasu vacation. We would book with Sean again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone looking for a first-class boating experience. Five stars are not enough—Sean deserves ten!

   We had an awesome time with Edward! Boat was amazing, and all equipment with it as well. So clean, spacious and well prepared for our trip. He was so patient, pleasant, and friendly in helping us learn to wakeboard/cliff jumping. Definitely a must for your trip to Arizona/Lake Pleasant. Will absolutely book Edward on our next trip!

   Captain Dan made our first lake experience an AWESOME ONE & it was a hot day at 120 degrees! He made sure we stayed safe, but also made sure that it was a fun time. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He took us to great spots where our kiddos could have a fun time as well. He had all the equipment we needed like ice chests, life vests, floaties and a Lilly pad and ofcourse a HUGE JBL speaker that we were able to connect to and play our favorite music. We will definitely book Dan for our next lake day!!

   Kevin and Callie were so cool and made the entire rental experience super easy from pick up to drop off. They were able to quickly accommodate our request as another rental had bailed on us the day before our trip. We had a blast out on the water for my birthday! And we would definitely rent from them again!!
