Hatteras 50ft Motor Yacht for Cruise or Sightseeing in Boothbay Harbor, Maine

We aim to offer a truly enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We understand that weather can play a significant role in the overall experience, and will work with you to modify the cruise route and/or duration to ensure both guest safety and comfort should the conditions require. In the event that our Captain(s) determine the marine conditions are not safe, or another situation arises and we need to cancel your booking, we will offer either an alternative date or a full refund. If the guest must cancel the trip and does not wish to reschedule for an alternative date, booking must be cancelled at least 2-weeks in advance of the departure date for a full refund. Any booking that is canceled by the guest with less than a 2-week notice will receive a refund of 80% of the booking price. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments (beverages & snacks) aboard, however please do not bring glass bottles. In the unlikely event that any passenger is deemed to be under the influence upon arrival, or at any point during the cruise, the Captain(s) will either cancel the departure or will return to port for the safety of all guests and crew. There will be no refund for any cruise that either cannot depart or returns to port due to a guest who is under the influence. Additionally, under no circumstances are drugs of abuse (including marijuana) permitted aboard the vessel. Our boat is a Convertible Sportfish style boat. All guests are expected to enjoy the cruise from the flybridge seating area, which will require the ability to climb up and down the access ladder. If a guest is not able to access the flybridge, we will accommodate the passenger in the stern area of the boat. However, guests should understand that there is no protection from the sun or rain when seated in the stern area, and the Captain(s) may modify the route and speed of the vessel as that area can get damp while underway at normal cruising speeds. We are happy to work with our guests to create a customized cruise route if there is a specific area or landmark you would like to visit, or we are happy to plan a cruise route that we know you will enjoy. Should guests have a specific request for a route, please make that request as soon as possible after your booking. In some cases, the request may require adding time to the overall cruise and an additional fee may be charged. A vessel walkthrough and brief orientation of the vessel features, their proper use and all safety policies will be required for all guests prior to departure. All guests are expected to comply with the instructions of the Captain(s) while aboard the vessel.
