The kayak is open to all, beginners or advanced paddlers! The objectives of these workshops is to provide you with the tools necessary for the safe navigation and control of "natural" river courses. The courses are held on the many rivers in the surrounding area depending on the water conditions. Technical aspects, safety and the discovery of nature are discussed during the courses. It is the perfect occasion to discover different rivers and valleys. "Discovery" and "pleasure" are the keywords on this Kayak initiation. Program for the initiation This course includes 3 half-days and is aimed at people who have never practiced kayaking: 2 half-days of initiation and learning techniques on still water (lake Leman/lake Geneva). 1 Half-day white water rafting class I/II on the Rhone between Aigle and Le Bouveret.
