• Renters are responsible for determining their own age and skill level and should select the kayak that best suits their abilities. • A pair of life jackets is included with the rental. • The maximum weight capacity for each kayak is 300 pounds, including any gear or equipment carried on board. • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 5 days before the rental start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date. • There are no discounts available for longer rental periods by offering "cash" • Renters are responsible for picking up and dropping off the kayaks at the designated rental location. • Renters are not required to sign a liability waiver or provide personal information before taking possession of the kayaks. • Any losses or damages to the kayaks will be handled by the rental platform. Renters may be responsible for paying a deductible in the event of damage or loss. • Renters are responsible for ensuring that they use the kayaks in permitted areas. The rental host may provide suggestions for safe and enjoyable kayaking locations.
