- The equipment must be returned to the same excellent condition as received. - The company assumes no responsibility for any problems arising either in terms of equipment or weather or personal situations by the start of rent date until the end of it and the equipment has picked up from the renter. - You have the full responsibility of the equipment. - The equipment has to return within the time limit. The rental time can be adjusted for more time after contacting with the company. - In severe weather conditions you have the obligation to protect the rented equipment. The company has no obligation, after signing of the contract , for your safety while using the rented equipment. - In case of damage to the equipment the company and only the company will evaluate the wear size as whether the equipment needs replacement or repair. - Payment is taken place by the signature of the parties after the necessary control of the equipment from all parties. The company holds a guarantee with the signature of the parties and shall be returned by the end of the rental date after the control and delivery of equipment. - We do not hire out kayaks to people under 18 without written consent of parent. In case of written consent all the appropriate documents must be provided by both participants. - You must assure us for your personal competence and inform us where you intend of using the kayak. - You are responsible for your own and the rest of your group’s safety. Hirers are fully responsible for the kayak and equipment throughout the hire period and must ensure that they are personally insured for any injuries. Payment & Cancellation:  To confirm a reservation, a non refundable deposit of 20% from the proforma invoice is required.
